With the exception of Bank Holidays we are open during the following times:
Monday – Thursday 5.00 pm
Friday 9.00 am – 12.00 pm
Please note that the practice closes for lunch on each of these days from 1pm – 2pm
Missing appointments wastes time and resources which are needed for other patients. Our practice policy is that if patients cancel their appointment with less that 24 hours notice or do not attend, on more than one occasion, we will no longer be in a position to continue to offer them NHS treatment. For further details please refer to our Code of Practice for Complaints.
Here at D&K Dental Care we take patient confidentiality extremely seriously.Strict confidentiality of patient records is maintained at all times. Only relevant members of staff have access to patient information and there is a strict confidentiality policy at the practice. Patients records will not be passed onto a 3rd party without the patients permission.
FEEDBACK AND COMPLAINTS
We welcome all feedback and operate a full complaints policy & procedure, which can be found on the notice board in the waiting room. We have a suggestion box for suggestions, comments and compliments about the service we provide or you may speak to our Practice Manager if you wish to make a complaint
Daily Emergency appointments are available for D&K Dental Care patients who attend regularly.
Please contact reception on 01142325938 from 8:30am. Priority is given to children and patients with trauma, bleeding and swelling.
Out of Hours Emergencies
This service is available for both our registered patients
and those without a dentist. Emergency cover is provide by your local Primary Care Trust (PCT) the body responsible for commissioning dental services in your area.
